I plan to listen to more audiobooks from the author for sure. Not much to say without spoiling anything, but I enjoyed the scenes with him. I can see him being friends with Felix and Cal (with perhaps some reluctance on Antonio’s part). I hope we get to meet Grayson in the future as well, but for now, I’m so happy to know we will be at least seeing more of Cal. I love him so much and I need to know more of his story. Not only is there humor and action, but some lovely tidbits of emotion to balance it out. Without spoiling, I’ll just say that the plot is filled with so many interesting twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know more. And I’ve loved every minute of their love story. They have great chemistry, and together they’re either perfect for each other or terrible influences on each other. Felix is hilarious with his antics and sticky fingers, and Lane is both indulgent and witty with his own comebacks and thirst for excitement. Honestly? I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this much over an audiobook. The first two books were amazing, so I’ve had the third installment on preorder and shamelessly binge-listened in one day.
